Whenever I draw
A zip, Up
On a mac
The noise
Pulls loose
A thread
Of a memory
And I take a trip
Transported
To the awning door
Of our family caravan
The air is cool
And torch lights bob
In the darkness
Where my parents whisper
But I don’t hear their words
Because I am ten years old
And am fresh
From Jurassic Park
There are dinosaurs
Hidden in the dark
And my big sister
Is a velociraptor
